To request a refund or replacement, please provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as skincare and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please allow a few business days for processing or contact your payment provider.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection.
